MY JOURNEY
Born and raised in Canada, J.Pool always felt a quiet yet undeniable pull — a feeling that there was more to the world than what lay within his hometown’s borders. This curiosity led him to study audio engineering at 20, where he honed his craft in sound design and production.
After graduating, he worked as a sound technician at music festivals, gaining valuable experience while spending summers in the forests of Canada as a tree planter to save money for travel.
At 23, J.Pool embraced a nomadic lifestyle. Over the years, he traveled to more than 30 countries, connecting with communities and infusing his music with diverse cultural influences. Producing on the road, his creations reflect the richness of his experiences and the people he’s met along the way.
Now recognized in the global organic electronic music scene, J.Pool continues to inspire listeners worldwide with his unique fusion of ethnic sounds and modern production.
